BOZAL Mezcal Tobasiche (750ml) 47% Alc
Tobasiche, a subspecies of the Karwinskii family of agave, requires twelve to thirteen years of maturation. This wild agave is known for its herby, cedar-like aromas with a mineral-rich, earthy finish. An extra hint of quince, anise and sweetness is imparted by the mezcal. The bouquet is rounded off by a rich mix of botanicals on the finish.
