El Jimador Añejo is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave and undergoes double distillation. After being aged in our own charred American white oak barrels for 12 months, it offers a rich, full-bodied taste with hints of vanilla, hazelnut, cinnamon, and a slight earthiness complemented by peppery and spicy notes.
