IBA 40 mezcal espadin
Mezcal IBA 40, made with agave Espadin, is legally certified organic both in the US and Mexico, and is endorsed by OneKosher. Distilled to 40% ABV, IBA 40 received a Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2014 and the coveted Double Gold in 2015. In comparison, IBA 55 has a higher ABV, which alters the flavor, smell, and overall experience of the mezcal.
