Ilegal Mezcal 7 Year Añejo was aged in 35 casks of French Oak for more than seven years, giving it subtle yet sweet aromas of roasted agave and baked apple with oak. On the palate, this special release has a smooth finish featuring peppery heat, honey, dark chocolate, and figs.
