Ilegal Mezcal Añejo is barrel-aged for 13 months, combining new and used medium char American oak barrels sourced from Kelvin Cooperage, a family-run business since 1963. The aroma is a blend of maple, clove, and bitter orange, while the palate features dark chocolate and sweet agave notes.
