Produced by renowned Master Sotolero Gerardo Ruelas in Aldama, Chihuahua, La Higuera Texanum Sotol is crafted using Dasylirion texanum, a type of sotol found in Central and Southwestern Texas and Coahuila state of Mexico. On the nose, it expresses a variety of aromas such as dried grass, minerals and light smoke. The palate offers flavors reminiscent of sunflower seeds and caramel, with a medium to full body and velvety finish.
