Cráneo Organic Mezcal is an artisanal mezcal crafted in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. Each batch is made with hand-picked, 100% organic agave grown at an elevation of 5,600 ft. To accurately extract the agave juice, maestro mezcaleros pit-roast the piñas and crush them with a stone tahona. The juice is then left to natural ferment before being distilled twice in copper pot stills to produce this exceptional mezcal.
