MEZCAL DE LEYENDAS VINATA SOLAR
Mezcal de Leyendas Vinata Solar is made with maguey cenizo (Agave durangensis) and crafted using 100% solar energy in each step of the production process, making it the world’s first entirely solar powered mezcal. The agaves are heated in a solar panel-powered steam oven, ground in a solar-driven grinder, fermented in oak tanks, and finally distilled in a solar-powered copper still. The golden color of the bottle suggests aging, but this mezcal is bottled joven.
