MEZCAL KOCH PILQUERO
Koch Pulquero is crafted by master mezcalero Pedro Hernandez using the Atrovirens variety of agave in his San Baltazar Guélavila distillery. Atrovirens is more often used to make pulque; this alcoholic beverage is fermented from the sweet sap, called agua miel, that is extracted from the agave as it nears the end of its lifecycle.
