Nucano Joven is a mezcal crafted from 100% agave Espadin harvested in San Dionisio Ocotepec. It is double distilled in copper and adjusted to a 40% alcohol by volume level. The liquid is known for its sweet agave, vanilla, and almond aromas, while its taste reveals subtle notes of earth and freshly torched wood.
