MINA REAL MEZCAL
Mina Real Blanco is crafted with Espadin agave from Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca, cultivated at an elevation of 4,800 feet. The agave are steamed-baked in cantera limestone kilns, shredded, fermented with airborne yeast in 1,400 liter wooden tanks, and double-distilled in clay-pot stills.
