Different from the classic juniper-focused gins, No. 209 presents a delightful aroma of mainly citrus and floral tones with a touch of spiciness. Across the palate first come the bright lemon notes, with orange following. The warmth of the bergamot and coriander unveils the flowery notes. Cardamom and juniper bring a peppery warmth to the mid-palate, while minty undertones come forth.
