NOBLE COYOTE MEZCAL TOBALA
The San Luis Amatlán region of Oaxaca is the source of the agave potatorum, known as Tobalá, used in our mezcal. This variety comes from a small species and is characterized by smoky bacon and fireside scents, accompanied by notes of wood and spice. The intense finish is marked by hints of bacon fat, earth, dried orange peel, and pepper.
