Palomo mezcal espiden (1liter)
Palomo Espadin is crafted using agave Espadin that requires 9 years until its ready for use. Using traditional methods, the agave is cooked in a pit oven, mashed with a tahona pulled by horses, and twice distilled in a copper still. On the nose, it has smokey agave aromas with subtle citrus notes on the palate.
