Varietal: 75% Pinot Noir, 10% Gamay, 10% Aligoté, 5% Chardonnay
100% Cote d’Or fruit (Hautes Côtes de Beaune and Hautes Côtes de Nuits). 75% Pinot Noir, 10% Gamay, 10% Aligoté, 5% Chardonnay. Grown on average of 40 year old vines. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
Only made with grapes from the Côte de Nuits, Beaune and the Hautes-Côtes areas in France. Mostly Pinot Noir with the crackling crispness of Aligoté, Gamay and Chardonnay. Works well as an aperitif, or paired with seafood, light meats, and cream sauce.
