VINOUS – Bright, light yellow. Pretty aromas of pear, lemon, fresh herbs and white flowers. Supple and easygoing, offering a subtle sweetness but also a dusty salinity to its pear and apple flavors. Finishes firm and persistent. This is already quite tasty but has the stuffing, balancing acidity and structure to give pleasure for at least a few years.
