Gaja Barbaresco 2018 750ml

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: intense garnet red.
  • Nose: characteristic flavors of citrus, wild strawberry, elderberry flowers and white pepper.
  • Mouth: seductive and fascinating like few others, enveloping palate, elegant and full-bodied shape, with silky tannins and a long, lingering finish.

APPELLATION: Barbaresco.

VINEYARD: a rigorous selection of grapes 14 pure Nebbiolo vineyards.

GRAPES: 100% Nebbiolo.

PREPARATION: After an exclusively manual harvest, the wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, 12 months in large barrels and 12 months in bottle.

WINE PAIRING: with game dishes and red meats and cheeses and cured hunting.

RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20 ℃

ALCOHOL: 14.5%
