This Alamos Red Blend hails from Argentina. It pulls its flavors from the Tempranillo and Syrah red grapes (thus the “blend”). Dark cherry and currant are added for flavor and a deeper jewel-red tone wine. A hearty, thick-cut steak or rack of Argentinian-raised lamb pairs well with this award-winner.
