 “Of citrine color and brilliant clarity to the eye, traditional autolytic character on the nose, and a creamy textured palate, this wine appeals to all of the senses. Our Blanc de Noir is an expression of single variety, single vineyard, and single vintage, honoring the individuality of this historic site. This wine is vinous in character, in which the bubbles preserve the expression of this special terroir.

100% Pinot Noir and a true méthode champenoise, aged sur lie for 40 months. Single variety, single vineyard, and single vintage to honor the individuality of an historic site. Disgorged August 2019.”
