Produced by Don Hidelgardo Joya Cruz in Cabo Carriente, Jalisco, Balam Raicilla Cabo Corrientes Jalisco “Madurado” is crafted with 100% Rhodacantha agave. After being cooked and crushed, the agave is naturally fermented for 23 days followed by double-distillation in Huichol Alambic stills. Following distillation, the Raicilla is allowed to rest for 4 years in glass containers. Enjoy flavors of peppercorns, green peppers, anise, and minerals.
