Boingneres Reserve Speciale Armagnac 750ml
Domaine Boingnère uses traditional continuous stills that look something alike pot stills, as they have 6 large plates inside. The Domaine distills to a low proof, around 52%, meaning that no dilution is required before maturation. This produces a more intense and flavour some spirit.
Wonderfully fruity toffee flavours, and notes of fresh grape, dark oak, green apple, pressed flowers and tropical fruits. Bottled at 48% ABV and without chill filtration, this only enhances the flavours of this dram.
