BOZAL MEZCAL BORREGO
Bozal Mezcal Borrego is a limited edition spirit crafted with wild maguey Castilla, a close relative of maguey Espadin. During the second distillation, a leg of lamb and local wild fruits and grains are suspended inside the still to create a unique, complex flavor. Seasonal fruits such as strawberries, apples, and pineapple, along with ingredients like pecans and ginger, give this mezcal a heavily viscous texture. The result is a well-balanced and aromatic spirit with fruity notes and a smoky finish.
