Campo Azul Selecto Reposado
The distilling process of Campo Azul Selecto Reposado includes the use of a Roller Mill for extraction, Deep well water as the water source, Stainless steel tanks for fermentation, 100% agave for a pure taste, Open-air fermentation without fibers, Double distillation, and a Stainless Pot with a Copper Coil for the still. The resulting tequila is aged in American White Oak barrels as well as Whisky barrels, including some used barrels.
