In 1775 King Louis XVI authorized Messieurs Carpeau and Stival to set up the first French gin distillery in the old Citadel of Dunkirk. Their work inspired founder Alexandre Gabriel to discover the recipe and methods they used, painstakingly refining and improving them to create Citadelle.

Citadelle Gin is elegant, soft, and smooth with voluptuous complexity and a refined finish. The crisp flavor of fresh juniper berries enhanced with 18 other carefully selected botanicals, each infused just long enough to bring out its own personality.
