Cruz de Fuego Mezcal Madrecuishe is crafted from wild maguey Madrecuishe using a traditional process that includes an underground stone horno, tahona, and copper stills. This mezcal’s bright green herbal scents provide a hint of potent fiber and vegetation, perfectly balanced by a spirited minerality reminiscent of moss growing on a river’s stone banks. Subtle notes of bell pepper and honeydew can be detected, with a dry, refreshing finish that will leave you wanting another sip.
