Del Maguey Tobala is arguably one of the finest small-batch mexcals available for purchase. Del Maguey is from a wild, rare Tobala Agave. This Maguey variety only grows in the shade of oak trees in the highest altitude canyons. Special care is taken not to over harvest, with local villages only harvesting one month out of the year.  Del Maguey Tobala is produced in batches of fewer than 1000 bottles. Each bottle is a stunningly unique and complex experience.
