Domaine Rolet is established as one of the Jura vineyard flagships and its wines propose the whole terroir richness through the large range of Jura grape varieties. Their philosophy: to produce the greatest wines possible, with the loveliest expression of terroir and full of balance and elegance.

 

The Etoile Chardonnay is made in the classic style (not oxidized).  This is a fantastic bottle of wine for a fan of white burgundy, crisper styles of California Chardonnay.
