Douglas Laing Big Peat 26 Years Old – The Platinum Edition 750ml

This, the second instalment in a three-part Vintage Series, is Big Peat 26 Years Old Islay “Vatted” Malt, entitled The Platinum Edition. It is comprised of Islay’s most sought after Single Malts. There will be three consecutive limited edition releases, the first being the 25 Years Old Gold Edition. The series will bring to life the journey of the spirit with each year that passes.

Barbecued Meats, Sea Salt & Coal Dust

Showing “his” more mature side, anticipate a nose carrying smoky barbecued meat, an initially sweet and salty palate, with later coal dust and peat; all neatly encapsulated into a long, indulgent finish.
