OK, let’s talk OLD SCHOOL Cali Cab. Randy Dunn is of the old breed, a winemaker rooted in tradition. His wines absolutely rock, but you’ve gotta dig traditional Napa winemaking. What does this mean? Lower alcohol, firm tannins, nothing too oak or rich, but rather a wine that smells alluringly of herbs & red fruits, long and savory and delicious.
