Fidencio Mezcal Clasico (750ml)
Fidencio Clásico is twice-distilled in a traditional, wood-fired Alembic still. Much like those used in the production of Cognac, this still is employed by mezcalero Enrique Jimenez, in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. Its taste is characterized by delicate wood-smoke and green pepper aromas, with a flavor profile that includes tobacco, tar, and pine.
