Fidencio Mezcal madrecuixe (750ml)
Fidencio Madrecuixe is produced using wild maguey Madrecuixe, maturing for between 12-15 years prior to harvesting. The agave is pit roasted over black oak for five days, followed by a double distillation process carried out by master Mezcalero Enrique Jimenez in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca. This mezcal has a distinctively vegetal and floral aroma, with bold smoky notes complemented by a hint of acidity and slight leather and caramel overtones.
