Fidencio Unico is crafted using a traditionally designed, wood-fueled Alembic still, built to the specifications of their mezcalero, Enrique Jiménez. After two rounds of distillation, this mezcal is bottled. Its aroma is a nuanced blend of charcoal, green apple and pear, whereas its flavor profile offers a hint of smokiness and ripe fruit.
