IXA tequila Blanco organic
This silver tequila, IXA, utilizes fully matured organically grown agave that is slow-baked in clay ovens. The agave fibers are then fermented and distilled, resulting in a fine juice. With an ABV of 40%, the nose reveals notes of soft, delicate agave and butter frosting, while the palate offers a creamy texture and a subtle sweetness of vanilla, with hints of baked agave and tropical fruit. The finish is accompanied by a touch of pepper.
