LA Venenosa Raicilla Sierra del tigra (750ml)
Don Luis Contreras, a master Taberenero in Manzanilla de la Paz (approximately 2,000 metres above sea level), is the producer of La Venenosa Raicilla Sierra del Tigre. This craft spirit is made from Bruto (locally known as agave Inaquidens) that grows wild in coniferous forests. Bruto is roasted over wood embers in an earthen oven and distilled in a ceramic, Filipino-style still. Don Luis only produces around 700 litres of this rare Raicilla per annum, typically served at the end of the evening due to its potent taste and blue cheese aroma.
