Matthieu Barret Crozes Hermitage “Et la banniere…” 2020
“Et La Bannière” comes from David Reynaud’s vineyard, a biodynamic producer from Crozes-Hermitage. Barret sources from the younger vines to get a more vibrant expression of fruit. The grapes are hand harvested and fermented carbonically to create a fresher style than you would normally find in Crozes.
2g/HL of sulfur is added at bottling
Production is tiny at only 800 cases.
