Montelobos Pechuga is crafted with Espadin agave, then distilled three times. For the final distillation, a turkey breast is suspended in the still along with local fruits and spices for added complexity. This type of Pechuga mezcal is historically enjoyed during joyous occasions, including weddings, quinceaƱeras, and other merry celebrations.
