Description
NOBLE MEZCAL COYOTE
Native to the Amatlánes region of Oaxaca and closely related to the Madre Cuishe agave, the Coyote agave (agave karwinskii latrans) has long been treasured for its versatility. Capable of producing an array of agave plants and cross-pollinating with other types of agaves, its seeds and flowers are highly prized. Delightfully complex, the aroma of this agave contains notes of white pepper, marzipan, vanilla, wood, and spice, while its bold and intense finish lingers with hints of pepper and minerality, perfectly balanced by earthy and mineral undertones.
