Ocho Cientos is carefully crafted in Chihuahua, Mexico from the native Sotol plant. After harvesting, the cores of the plants are taken to the distillery where they are roasted in a deep, stone-lined pit oven, fermented and distilled in a traditional copper pot still. Ocho Cientos Blanco, 86 proof, spends time aging before it is bottled, allowing its flavors to come together. The outcome is a sophisticated, earthy and immensely enjoyable spirit.
