We named this wine PWAVE because it shakes up the traditional blend of Bordeaux-heritage grape varietals,” says Winemaker Chris Cooney. “We’ve added non-traditional varietals to a solid core of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, bringing lively, bright red-plum and raspberry to the rich, black cherry and blackberry profile.
