They exude the fresh fruit character and bright acidity that can only come from a wine by the influence of the Pacific Ocean. This pinot grigio has fresh flavors of melon, citrus, and minerality. It is a medium-bodied wine that shows crisp acidity and ripe fruit flavors. This white wine pairs well with fish tacos, Chinese chicken salad and seafood pastas.
