This ruby red Pinot Noir blends coastal acidity with fresh fruit, notes of earth, florals, and spice. The wine opens with fresh notes of ripe cherry, rose petal, and dried herb with subtle earthiness and oak spice. The palate is concentrated with both fruit and spice, with bright red cherry and plum followed by hints of toasted oak and earthy notes. This Pinot Noir brings great texture, acidity, plushness, and lasting minerality on the finish. Pair with mushroom risotto, pappardelle with lamb ragu, Tuscan-marinated roast pork loin, and goat cheese with crusty bread.
