Tres Papalote’s latest offering is a fusion of two distillations that are simultaneously cooked, ground, and distilled. The blend comprises 70% Maguey Mexicano and 30% Maguey Espadin. The Maguey Mexicano variety is found growing in the wild across Oaxaca and Puebla, maturing over a period of 5-7 years.
