Yalumba Y Series Unwooded Chardonnay 2020 – 750ML

Pale straw in color with green hues. Aromas of rich, ripe tropical fruits and blossom notes mingle with sweet spice. The wine has a savory edge with flinty notes from the wild ferment. The palate is lush and creamy with a touch of nuttiness evolving with zingy citrus notes, fresh mango and cream. A refreshing, lip-smacking acidity gives this wine lovely length with a savory, textural finish.

Pair with pan-fried haloumi with lemon and parsley, or chickpea, zucchini and carrot fritters with cucumber and mint tzatziki.
